Job Description

• Conduct proactive outbound calls and customer engagement activities to assigned customers.
• Execute sales and promotional campaigns to increase customer awareness and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up and account support.
• Promote Bosch products, services, and marketing campaigns to target customers.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, development, and business expansion initiatives.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the continuous growth of outbound business activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Key Account Managers (KAM), to ensure effective customer management and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in CRM systems.
• Achieve defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound customer service, tele sales, telemarketing, or contact center operations.
• Experience in customer engagement, sales support, or account management is preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin, preferably Malaysian Mandarin / Mandarin with a Malaysian accent
• Good command of English for business communication.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
