Job Description

As a Partnership Manager, you'll work with national employers to build sustainable recruitment partnerships that deliver positive outcomes for both businesses and job seekers.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to employers, helping them attract diverse talent while creating meaningful employment pathways for our clients.

This is a relationship-driven role where you'll combine account management, stakeholder engagement and workforce solutions expertise to drive growth and impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with major employers
  • Identify and create high-volume employment opportunities
  • Design and deliver innovative workforce solutions
  • Co-design inclusive recruitment programs and hiring pathways
  • Support interviews, placements and onboarding activities
  • Analyse employer recruitment processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes
  • Monitor partnership performance and achieve agreed KPIs
  • Promote diversity, inclusion and accessible employment practices

Qualifications

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-makers and creating mutually beneficial outcomes.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Experience in account management, partnerships, recruitment, sales or business development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders across a range of industries
  • A current Australian Driver Licence
