Our organization is growing, especialy our Physical Services Team (Clinical Physio, EP and OT Services). We are looking for dynamic, driven and experienced allied health professionals with a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania.

Are you an Physiotherapist with a passion for occupational health, injury prevention and rehabilitation? Are you looking to work outside of the reactive health care models? We're excited to be able to offer a fantastic clinical role based in Hobart, Tasmania.

This opportunity is perfect if you are looking for a clinical position with a proactive, injury prevention focus, outside the normal "four walls and a bed" of clinical physiotherapy.

We want you to use your skills and knowledge in both prevention and rehabilitation programs on the "front line". The role is based in our Hobart clinic but also requires the delivery of on-site services with customers all around Tasmania. 

The role also has plenty of variety, autonomy, and flexible working hours. Day to day, you will undertake activities such as:

• Delivering clinical Physiotherapy services in a variety of settings i.e. in the clinic, and in "onsite" locations
• Developing and delivering injury prevention, health and wellness, and injury management programs to both private clients and organisations 
• Performing Workplace Assessments, Task and Role Risk Assessements, Job Demands Assessments; including associated job / role modification recommendations and advice
• Perform Pre-employement, and other Capacity Assessments
• Deliver Health Surveillance / Screening Programs 

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration 
• An understanding of worker's compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
• Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
• A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done with attention to detail
• Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
• Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
• Willingness to learn and be a positively impact on people’s lives
• The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey, including embracing new and emerging technology
