Our organisation is growing, especially our Physical Services Team (Clinical Physio, EP and OT Services). We are looking for dynamic, driven, and experienced allied health professionals with a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania.

This opportunity is perfect if you are looking for a clinical position with a proactive injury prevention focus, outside the normal "four walls and a bed" model of clinical physiotherapy.

We want you to use your skills and knowledge in both prevention and rehabilitation programs on the front line. The role is based in our Hobart clinic but also requires the delivery of on-site services to customers across Tasmania.

The role also offers plenty of variety, autonomy, and flexible working hours. Day to day, you will undertake activities such as:

• Delivering clinical physiotherapy services in a variety of settings, including the clinic and on-site locations.
• Developing and delivering injury prevention, health and wellness, and injury management programs to both private clients and organisations.
• Performing Workplace Assessments, Task and Role Risk Assessments, and Job Demands Assessments, including associated job/role modification recommendations and advice.
• Performing Pre-employment and other Capacity Assessments.
• Delivering Health Surveillance and Screening Programs.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration
• An understanding of workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
• A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well done with attention to detail
• Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
• Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
• The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey, including embracing new and emerging technology
