Job Description

We are an allied health practice providing a holistic approach to client care through paediatric speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology across our 4 clinic locations in Brendale, Eight-Mile Plains, Logan & Upper Coomera.

2027 Grad Program Salary Package
Base salary: $80,000.00
Superannuation: $9,600.00
PD allowance: up to $3000.00 
Total package: $92,600.00

• 🏠 Hybrid role - Clinic-based & community, work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners
  
   
• 📅 Comprehensive induction - a 2-week comprehensive induction period, with ongoing training and development
   
• 🦥 Manageable caseload - A slow build-up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior SPs working right alongside you
   
• 🗣️ Frequent supervision - weekly 1:1 internal supervision for the first 6 months, then fortnightly, peer supervision, you'll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
   
• 🧠 Professional Development - monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors

Qualifications

• Full Australian work rights
• Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
• Degree in Speech Pathology
• Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
