Job Description

This is a six month internship, a valid internship agreement issued by a university or educational institution is mandatory. (plus précis). Start date, January 2027. 

The PR Intern will support the PR & Communications team in executing high-impact activities for the Paris Flagship and other key projects for the brand. 

Key Responsibilities

Press

• Manage and coordinate all sample, celebrity dressing, and shooting requests for France and international markets.
• Coordinate media requests, press release distribution, influencer seeding activities, and celebrity relations support.
• Help prepare press materials, including loan forms, lookbooks and press releases.
• Support the planning and execution of press events, including Haute Couture presentations, Award Season, press days, and in-store activations.
• Maintain and update press and influencer contact databases.
• Produce French press reviews (weekly and monthly) and monitor PR performance through Launchmetrics.
• Support social media content creation and community engagement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support for PR reporting, budget tracking, invoicing, and logistics.

Events & Client Activation

• Support the end-to-end management of press and retail events, from concept development and planning to execution, reporting, and post-event analysis
• Assist in organizing VIC appointments, gifting programs, and in-store client experiences.
• Support international markets in the development and implementation of local events and activations.
• Monitor communication department invoices and track budget commitments.
• Coordinate external vendors and agencies involved in client activations and events.
• Provide administrative support for Event reporting, budget tracking, invoicing, and logistics.

Who You Are

• • Master’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passionate about luxury fashion and fine/high jewellery.
  • Previous experience in public relations, communications, and/or event management, with at least 6 months of experience in the luxury industry. Knowledge of High Jewellery is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating projects with retail teams, internal stakeholders, agencies, and external suppliers.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
