Job Description

Role Purpose

This role is designed for an experienced commercial and revenue management professional who will provide strong day-to-day support for pricing governance and revenue management activities.

The role is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing pricing processes, conducting pricing analysis, and participating sales-related projects to support business performance and management decision-making.

Key responsibilities include developing pricing policies, supporting pricing operations, performing data modelling and generating reports and business insights. The role will also involve managing and coordinating internal stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights, and providing clear recommendations to the sales team and relevant internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing Reporting & Performance Monitoring
   • Develop and maintain regular pricing reports, including margin tracking, price increase monitoring, discount tracking, and other pricing performance reports.
2. Data Management & Analytics
   • Build and continuously enhance the EA pricing data platform to provide reliable data, analytical insights, and reporting support for pricing activities and other sales initiatives.
3. Regional Sales Excellence Projects
   • Support Regional Sales Excellence initiatives and projects, including Sales Target, Sales Force, Ship-to optimization, and CAPs management.
4. ASEAN Pricing Governance & Process Management
   • Ensure effective governance and coordination of ASEAN pricing processes and price management activities.
5. Execute and coordinate East Asia regional routine pricing processes
   • Directive Control, and Pricing Master Data Maintenance
6. Execute and coordinate East Asia regional Material Picking process

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration
• Data Analytics Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing management, commercial management, or a related field
• Financial & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial processes, P&L structures, business KPIs, and strong business administration skills
• Project Management: Proven experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional projects
• High attention to detail
• Ability to understand multiple levels of business
• Proactive and self-driven personality
• High level of target orientation (in particular towards financial KPI's such as sales targets, GM3, EBIT and PCR)
• Strategy development skills
• High level of analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Interpersonal skills, in particular conflict management
