Product Owner – PIX

Getnet Platforms is part of Santander Payment Solutions and brings together a set of key platforms within Santander’s global payments technology ecosystem. It includes software-as-a-service capabilities across the entire payments value chain, such as account-to-account processing, FX, SWIFT connectivity, fraud management and card processing infrastructure.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Definir e evoluir funcionalidades relacionadas ao PIX dentro da Getnet, atuando de acordo com as práticas e responsabilidades do framework Agile/Scrum.
• Contribuir para o lançamento de novos produtos e funcionalidades que atendam às necessidades dos clientes e aos objetivos do negócio.
• Realizar análises/auditorias do domínio para identificar gaps e oportunidades de melhoria, em colaboração com stakeholders locais e globais.
• Criar, priorizar e manter o backlog de produto no JIRA, além de elaborar e acompanhar métricas de produto para identificar oportunidades de otimização.
• Desenvolver estratégias para aumentar a produtividade, qualidade e velocidade dos times de produto.
• Implementar soluções e práticas que melhorem a colaboração, comunicação e alinhamento entre os times de produto.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experiência em posições de Produto.
• Ensino superior completo.
• Experiência sólida em Product Management ou áreas relacionadas, preferencialmente em ambiente SaaS.
• Experiência com ferramentas e metodologias voltadas à otimização do ciclo de desenvolvimento de produtos.
• Excelente capacidade de comunicação e apresentação, incluindo habilidade para comunicar visão de produto e proposta de valor para públicos internos e externos.
• Perfil colaborativo e proativo, com capacidade de trabalhar com times multidisciplinares/cross-functional.
• Orientação ao cliente e capacidade de resolução de problemas, identificando dores e transformando-as em soluções.
• Inglês ou espanhol, devido à interação com stakeholders de outros países.
