Job Description

• Does sales of Power Tools products, offers, promos by phone and by e-mail for a given customer base;
• Creates marketing materials based on data received from the Power Tools sales team;
• Promotes product offers in scope of generating sales;
• Marks customer statuses in customer and marketing database;
• Reports to management about competitors activities;
• Creates statistics on calls and sales successes;
• Reports on telemarketing activities and results;
• Administers customers and handles claims, processes orders, does contracts and offers information about products;
• Participates in internal meetings and keeps contact with colleagues;
• Travels (on a limited level) e.g. to meet customers at an event;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

Studies:

• University Diploma;
• High school Diploma.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English min. B2 and Hungarian C1/C2;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer contact center (CCC) or a similar sector;
• Experience in sales and marketing;
• Affinity to technology and power tools;
• Knowledge about budgeting and planning;
• Data processing skills in SAP Cloud or any other CRM system as well as in MS Office tools;
• Knowledge of SalesForce;
• Team-player;
• Performance driven and result oriented;
• Works well under pressure;
• Strives for continuous improvement and business development.
