Job Description
1. 负责智能手套相关硬件产品的方案设计、器件选型及硬件开发。
2. 负责主控板、传感器板及相关功能板卡的原理图设计和PCB Layout。
3. 负责摄像头、IMU、Wi-Fi、USB、SPI、UART、I2C、MIPI等接口电路的设计与调试。
4. 负责PCB打样、贴片、焊接后的硬件调试、功能验证及问题定位。
5. 使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表等工具进行信号、电源、时序及通信问题分析。
6. 配合嵌入式软件工程师完成板级驱动调试、硬件Bring-up和系统联调。
7. 负责硬件问题分析、设计优化、BOM维护及相关技术文档编写。
8. 配合结构、生产和供应商完成产品试制、小批量生产及量产问题解决。
Qualifications
1. 电子、通信、自动化、计算机或相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2. 具有1至5年硬件开发经验，有完整PCB项目开发经验。
3. 熟练掌握原理图设计和PCB Layout，能够独立完成多层PCB设计。
4. 熟悉常见数字电路、电源电路、接口电路及电平转换电路设计。
5. 熟悉SPI、UART、I2C、USB等常用通信接口，有MIPI、Camera或高速信号设计经验者优先。
6. 熟练使用Altium Designer、Cadence、PADS等至少一种硬件设计工具。
7. 具备较强的硬件调试能力，能够熟练使用示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表等设备。
8. 能够独立完成电源、时钟、复位、通信异常、信号完整性等问题的排查和定位。
9. 具备良好的动手能力，能够完成焊接、飞线、器件更换及样板改板。
10. 具备较强的问题分析能力、责任心和团队协作能力。
优先条件
1. 有智能穿戴、机器人、数据采集设备或智能手套项目经验。
2. 有摄像头模组、IMU传感器、Wi-Fi模组或嵌入式Linux硬件开发经验。
3. 熟悉ARM、MCU或SoC平台，如Rockchip、STM32、HC32等。
4. 有四层及以上PCB、高速接口、EMC或小型化产品设计经验。
5. 有产品从原型设计、EVT/DVT到小批量生产的完整经验。
