Job Description

• Receive and inspect all incoming goods to ensure the correct quantity, quality, and condition.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and other supporting documents.
• Maintain proper storage, organization, and stock control of goods.
• Ensure goods are stored in accordance with hygiene, safety, and FIFO requirements.
• Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Kitchen, and other relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receiving, Storekeeping, or a similar role within a premium or luxury hotel environment.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and hygiene requirements for receiving goods.
• Understanding of proper storage practices, including FIFO.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written Thai; proficiency in English is an advantage.
