Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa per il ruolo di Receptionist da inserire nel nostro team a Roma, Italia.
Come primo punto di contatto, svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nel creare un ambiente positivo ed accogliente per i clienti e i colleghi. La risorsa ideale è orientata ai dettagli, focalizzata sul cliente ed altamente organizzata.
La risorsa si occupa di :
- Check in / Check out
- Fornire informazioni generali sull' Hotel e sui suoi servizi
- Gestire le richieste di base e indirizzare le questioni più complesse ai dipartimenti appropriati.
- Garantire il rispetto dei protocolli di sicurezza per l'accesso dei clienti.
- Rispetto ed applicazione degli standard di servizio
Qualifiche
- Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente
- Esperienza comprovata come Receptionist
- Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese; ulteriori lingue sono un vantaggio
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta
- Forte orientamento al servizio clienti, con un atteggiamento amichevole e professionale.
- Eccezionale attenzione ai dettagli e capacità organizzative
- Capacità di lavorare in team con un atteggiamento positivo
- Capacità di lavorare con orari flessibili, su turni.
