Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist in the all operations of ReConnect membership program and to have knowledge of all Fitness classes and offerings
• Assist guest with the check-in to facilities
• Assist guests with product information and retail sales
• Provide guest information relating to Fitness Classes, Pool Day Pass and special offers, membership offerings
• Assist guest with payment collection for their respective membership
• Prepare agreement as per requirements
• Brief the guest about his benefits as part of his membership
• Being able to solve guests issues, concerns
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Report any problems or questions to ReConnect Assistant manager
• Maintain membership database
• Maintain membership records
• Respond in a professional manner to members enquires and assisting with any requests with regards to their membership
• Consolidate monthly reporting of all membership activities
• To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable but not essential
• High School diploma, vocational training and/or 1 year work experience.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal) essential.
• Friendly and pleasant disposition with people interaction skills.
• Highly level of personal cleanliness and grooming. Previous Fitness center experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Russian speaker
• Attention to details
• High problem solving ability
