Job Description

•  Responsible for leading the execution of CRM, Paid Media, and SEA activities, driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and business growth while ensuring alignment with global standards and governance framework. ​

• Collaborates with countries and global teams to optimize campaigns, leverage data and continuously  improve marketing effectiveness through best practices, innovation, and shared learnings.​

• Manages campaign media buy / SEA / CRM planning, budget allocation, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business growth.​

• Ensures adoption of global standards, tools, KPIs, and best practices while providing regional feedback and requirements.​

• Collaborates with countries and partners to deliver integrated and data-driven marketing activities.​

• Analyzes performance, identifies optimization opportunities, and shares insights across the region and with the global.​

• Supports marketing technology, tracking, attribution, and reporting implementation to ensure measurement accuracy.​

• Drive continuous improvement through testing and innovation, specialize in influencer marketing and stay ahead of the curve

• Ensures high quality reporting.​

Qualifications

Graduate with MBA is preferred; 5 - 8 years experience in the given domain
