Grab For Business is Grab's enterprise platform, helping companies across the region gain greater visibility and control over spending on employee rides, mobility, and meals. The Grab For Business regional marketing team drives demand for Grab For Business across Southeast Asia.

Get to Know the Role

You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand positioning across Southeast Asia. In Indonesia, you will own marketing from strategy through to execution.

You sit at the intersection of strategy and execution - working closely with the country business team, sales leadership, product, PR, and external vendors.

As part of the regional marketing team, you will also own regional programs such as marketing partnerships.

You will report to the Regional Marketing Lead for Grab For Business, and work onsite at Grab's Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Indonesia Marketing Ownership: Lead end-to-end regional strategy, and budget management to lead new account acquisition and GMV targets in partnership with country leadership.
• Field Marketing & Activations: Plan and accomplish industry events, proprietary forums, and office roadshows to acquire B2B clients and expand account usage.
• Go-to-Market & Content Strategy: Improve GTM plans for new products and customer segments, creating content (case studies, solution pages) across the buyer funnel.
• Regional Program Leadership: Oversee select regional marketing plans aligned with broader business OKRs and commercial priorities.
• Cross-Functional & Tech Integration: Collaborate with PR, performance, and product marketing teams while applying GenAI tools to improve research, content production, and campaign analytics.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Qualifications

• 7+ Years B2B Marketing Experience in demand generation, integrated campaigns, and end-to-end program ownership from strategy to ROI measurement.
• Comfortable analyzing metrics to build business cases and validate recommendations.
• Experience with crafting high-impact B2B narratives, campaign messaging, and sales assets.
• Experience managing agencies and vendors, setting KPIs, enforcing budgets, and managing timelines.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and latest technologies to improve workflows and campaign experimentation.
• Background marketing SaaS or enterprise tech solutions to business clients.
