Job Description

Retail Manager: Build and lead Singapore's leading second-hand phone retail network

At CarousellMobile, we believe second-hand phones should be people's first choice, not a compromise. We're making that happen through our retail stores and BuyBack booths with a major telco partner across Singapore.

We're looking for a Retail Manager to own our entire physical retail network. You won't inherit a 200-page manual. You'll write it.

What you'll do

• Own the results: drive sales, trade-ins and profitability across every store and booth island-wide.

• Build the team: hire, train and lead sales staff that customers trust.

• Run the floor: handle stock, standards and daily operations so every touchpoint runs like clockwork.

• Design the system: turn what works into playbooks that can scale to more stores and booths.

• Shape strategy: work directly with the GM and analytics team to turn data into action on the ground.

Qualifications

You might be a fit if you

• Have retail, F&B, telco or customer-facing experience. Fresh graduates with strong hands-on exposure are welcome.

• Have led people before, formally or informally

• Love being on the ground but think in systems and processes

• Dig into problems until you understand why they happen

• Are hungry, self-driven and want a role where you can prove what you're capable of

• Enjoy variety more than narrow specialisation

The details:

• Full-time, 5-day work week, based in Singapore with travel across stores and booths.

• Retail means some weekend attention is part of the job.
