Job Description

We have a fixed term position for a Revenue Manager to join our Shared Services team until 1st October 2027 to support a period of parental leave.

In this role, you will manage revenue activity across a designated portfolio of three Accor hotel properties, working closely with the hotel teams and our shared Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams to maximise revenue performance and market share.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue you will play a key role in executing revenue strategies, optimising pricing and inventory, strengthening forecasting accuracy and ensuring effective distribution across the portfolio.

This role can be in either Auckland or Melbourne (based in property) servicing three Accor Hotel properties across Auckland and Australia. 

What you'll be doing;

• Execute revenue management strategies across a portfolio of properties, with a focus on maximising RevPAR, ADR and market share.

• Manage daily pricing, inventory and yield decisions in response to demand, market conditions and competitor activity.

• Prepare short-term and fortnightly forecasts and monitor performance against actual results.

• Analyse booking pace, cancellation trends, lead times and segment performance to identify opportunities and risks.

• Use STR and other benchmarking tools to monitor performance against competitive sets.

• Manage distribution channels, including OTA and direct booking platforms, to optimise occupancy, visibility and profitability.

• Work closely with property teams to translate revenue strategies into practical actions and ensure consistent execution.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to support broader commercial objectives.

• Build strong relationships with OTA market managers and other key stakeholders.

• Mentor and coach property teams, helping to build revenue management capability across the portfolio.

• Maintain strong data and system integrity across revenue management and distribution platforms, including PMS, CRS and IDeaS.

Qualifications

You will have;

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Revenue Management, Hospitality or a related field.

• At least 3 years' experience in a Revenue Management role.

• Experience managing pricing, inventory and forecasting across multiple properties.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue levers and distribution channels.

• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to identify trends and respond quickly to changing market conditions.

• Experience using revenue management, PMS and CRS systems; experience with IDeaS and STR will be valuable.

• Strong communication and ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations.

• The ability to coach and mentor others and build revenue capability within property teams.

• All applicants must have valid working rights in NZ or Australia for the duration of the assignment.
