Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, supporting our sales team while maintaining exceptional client relationships. You'll manage communications, coordinate activities, and ensure seamless execution of sales processes. • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department and responding promptly to client requests
• Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, group bookings, and client interactions in compliance with company procedures
• Prepare and organize sales documentation including quotations, proposals, contracts, and sales reports with meticulous attention to detail
• Coordinate site inspections and product demonstrations for prospective clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance, data entry, and follow-up on pending opportunities and client concerns
• Respond to client inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases to ensure all information is current, accurate, and accessible to the team
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and supporting team goals
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong email correspondence abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or sales management systems
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative and supportive team player
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and make decisive recommendations
• Proficiency in data entry with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
• Professional, positive, and inclusive personality with a customer-focused approach
• Familiarity with sales processes and sales coordination best practices is preferred
• Experience in administrative support or customer relationship management is advantageous
