Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this pivotal role, you'll lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships while fostering a collaborative and innovative sales environment. As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and consistently exceeding organizational targets. • Develop and implement annual sales strategies and action plans aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities in the Mumbai region
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance targets while fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active field sales, networking, and strategic account development with both individual and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners through transparent communication and collaborative engagement
• Manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze sales metrics to provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to senior management
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development and career growth of team members
• Customize sales approaches and solutions to meet diverse customer needs while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and customer initiatives
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in responding to market changes, customer feedback, and evolving business priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a relevant field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership, sales management, or portfolio management
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing both individual and corporate customer portfolios
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and customer management platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
• Proven ability to conduct active field sales and successfully acquire new customers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets and organizational objectives
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to develop innovative sales solutions
• Leadership and coaching abilities with a commitment to supporting team development and performance management
• Sales forecasting and pipeline management expertise
• Familiarity with the Mumbai market landscape and understanding of local business dynamics (preferred)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and evolving business needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
