SALES MANAGER – WEDDING
Pullman Jakarta Indonesia
Job Purpose
To drive wedding business and revenue for Pullman Jakarta Indonesia by developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with wedding clients and partners, and managing the wedding sales process from initial enquiry through confirmation, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with proven experience handling wedding, social events, banquet, or MICE business.
- Experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment is preferred.
- Strong existing network within the wedding and event industry is highly desirable.
