Job Description
- Ensure the overall safety and security of guests, employees, and property premises
- Investigate and report violations of law/property policies, accidents, complaints, criminal activities, and crisis situations
- Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts, and crowd-control activities
- Assist guests with information regarding hotel facilities and services in a professional and helpful manner
- Monitor CCTV and security systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or security concerns
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily security activities
- Coordinate with relevant departments and emergency services when required
- Ensure all security procedures and standards are consistently followed
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Relevant security experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
