Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Senior Care Professional to provide support to our clients in living in Worthing & surrounding areas. This position is based on a

Two client visits are never the same. You will support your clients to live happy, independent lives by providing:

• Support with personal care and to get dressed - you don't need to be a runway model, but when you help a client pick out their 'feel-good' outfit for the day, you'll feel like a personal stylist.
• Companionship and trips out the house – you don't need a GCSE in history; instead, you'll have the honour of listening first-hand to a lifetime of treasured memories, and you don't need to waltz like you're on 'Strictly,' but you'll find joy in the simple pleasure of a spontaneous dance with a client during afternoon tea.
• Preparation and support with meals - you don't need to be a master chef, but if you can brew a cuppa that warms the soul, you're already a hero in our book.
• Help around the home - you don't need to be Sherlock Holmes, but your knack for finding a client's misplaced glasses will make you feel like a day-saving detective.

Qualifications

• Genuine empathy, oodles of patience, and a hearty sense of humour.  Your genuine kindness will transform a lonely afternoon into a brighter day for someone who needs it. 
• NVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care & Care Certificate 
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in care industry 
• We do ask for you to have a car and driving licence due to the nature of the job
