Get to Know the Team

The Country & Marketing Analytics team drives organisational success by analysing regional operations and marketing programs across all markets. We assess program impact on business performance, brand perception, and user experience to improve outcomes for future projects.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager - Regional Marketing, you will partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams to develop regional strategies that expand our user base and deepen user engagement. You will translate user behavior patterns into relevant insights that inform strategic programs. While applying advanced analytics and techniques, you will create consumer intelligence. You will also refine processes and amplify productivity across the analytics function and broader partner ecosystem.

You will work onsite from our office in in Petaling Jaya.

• Innovate: Uncover compelling business opportunities through rigorous data analysis, identifying and addressing critical customer pain points with novel solutions that grow beyond industry standards.
• Illuminate: Translate complex data into clear, data-driven recommendations that empower strategic decision-making across leadership and teams.
• Influence: Partner with teams to establish meaningful metrics, design rigorous experiments, and shape the strategic direction of marketing and growth programs.
• Drive Impact: Deliver measurable improvements across platforms that enhance user experience and promote success.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need:

• You have at least 4 years of analytical experience and an understanding of business
• You can help narrow down multiple options into the best approach, and take ownership of open-ended ambiguous business problems. Propose novel solutions that go beyond common practice
• Help guide decisions across teams and senior partners.
• You are an expert in data storytelling, and can create intuitive and impactful dashboards
• You are fluent in SQL, Python, or other scripting/programming languages, and you are comfortable with large datasets and ETL processes.
• An AI-first mindset: curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, automation, and AI-powered workflows to enhance analytics and decision-making.
