AHM is looking for a Senior Performance & Analytics Manager to strengthen its digital marketing capabilities across hospitality, restaurants, and corporate brands.
This is a senior and highly analytical role, combining data-driven decision-making, performance marketing expertise, and business-focused analytics to help drive revenue growth, improve marketing efficiency, and strengthen internal digital capabilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, improving marketing performance, and supporting strategic business decisions across multiple brands and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage performance measurement frameworks across websites, digital campaigns, CRM, and marketing initiatives.
Centralize, structure, and maintain reliable performance data across multiple hospitality and F&B projects.
Lead the implementation and optimization of tracking solutions, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution frameworks.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring systems that support management and executive decision-making.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment between business objectives, revenue growth, and profitability.
Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and marketing ROI.
Produce forecasts, investment scenarios, and performance analysis to support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, automation, and operational efficiency across digital marketing activities.
Deliver clear insights and recommendations that help transform data into commercial and strategic actions.
Profile & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Analytics, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
Strong experience managing Google Ads accounts and performance-driven marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of digital measurement, attribution, tracking, and analytics frameworks.
Proven experience building dashboards, reports, and executive-level performance insights.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in CRM/email marketing strategy, implementation, and optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Experience managing budgets and marketing investments with a focus on ROI and profitability.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
