Senior Product Manager - Retail Staff Tools

Join us in shaping the next generation of digital tools used by more than 100,000 store colleagues across H&M Group’s store portfolio. As Senior Product Manager, you will raise the bar for how H&M builds colleague-facing products at global scale – defining the vision, roadmap and measurable outcomes that help store teams work more efficiently, make better decisions and create great customer experiences every day.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Retail Staff Tools owns the digital capabilities store colleagues use every day — supporting areas such as customer care, store performance, visual merchandising, workforce management, store management and collaboration. Our mission is to reduce friction in everyday store operations, helping colleagues spend less time navigating systems and more time serving customers, creating inspiring stores and running efficient daily operations.

This is a senior product role with high visibility and real-world impact. To succeed, you will bring people together across a large, global organisation — building trust, creating alignment and helping teams move with clarity towards shared outcomes. You will partner closely with an Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams to turn colleague needs, business opportunities and the power of AI, automation and data into simple, scalable product experiences that elevate how store teams work every day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for colleague-facing products used across H&M Group’s global store portfolio.
• Translate complex business challenges, store colleague needs, data and research into clear product opportunities, value hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data & Analytics and business teams to shape products that are intuitive, scalable and valuable in everyday store operations.
• Reimagine how AI, automation and data can elevate the colleague experience — from smarter guidance and decision support to more proactive ways of working.
• Simplify and modernize the store tool landscape, reducing friction and helping colleagues spend less time navigating systems and more time serving customers.
• Create clarity and momentum across a global stakeholder landscape, aligning teams around the most important opportunities, decisions and outcomes.

We are looking for people who have

• A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience gained through work.
• +5 years of experience in product management, strategy, transformation, business development or a similar role with measurable impact.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, KPIs and business cases for complex products, services or transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations and influence decision making.
• Experience turning user insight, data and business priorities into product opportunities, value hypotheses and prioritized outcomes.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and design teams to move from strategy to delivery, balancing user value, business impact, technical feasibility and cost.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to create alignment and momentum in a global, cross-functional environment.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience from global retail, store operations or large-scale colleague environments.
• Background in management consulting, strategy, or transformation.
• Experience with app consolidation, AI-enabled tools, or automation.
• Strong vendor management skills.

Location: This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We are unable to provide relocation assistance or visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already have the right to work in Sweden.
