Description:
As a Systems Engineer - Electromechanical Systems, you will be responsible for defining, integrating, and optimizing highly reliable aerospace systems that combine mechanical assemblies, actuators, sensors, electronics, and control functions. Your systems-level perspective and technical leadership will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that perform in the most demanding operating environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead crossβfunctional systems engineering projects from concept through certification, with emphasis on resolving electrical system issues
Lead and support the design and modification of electromechanical systems for aerospace applications
Support mechanical systems engineers on integrating electrical components and subsystems
Facilitate ground and flight tests
Ensure systems comply with relevant aerospace certification standards (e.g., FAR/EASA 23)
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in aerospace electromechanical system development and certification
Hands-on experience in testing, debugging and fault isolation at PCB level
Strong background in actuator or motorβcontrol electronics, hardware design, and complex troubleshooting
Practical experience with RTCA DOβ254
Solid knowledge of EASA Part 23
Expert with key aerospace standards, including avionics systems, software, hardware, and safety with related certifications
Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
