Software Engineer

Job Description

San Jose, CA - Hybrid

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support engineering and operational objectives. The role includes developing scalable applications and automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.  The focus is on utilizing AI tools to optimize Engineering and DevOps processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience applying modern AI technologies to solve real-world problems, including the use of generative AI, machine learning, agent-based systems, or data-driven automation. Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and software delivery processes is highly desirable. A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, secure software development practices, vulnerability management, application security, and compliance requirements is also important.

Additional responsibilities include participating in requirements analysis, system design, code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should possess strong programming skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile development environment.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities.  Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
