Qualifications

What you'll be doing

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences and supporting the Head Chef in leading a high-performing kitchen team.

You'll:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes that delight our guests every time
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Support the smooth running of a busy kitchen during service
• Help drive food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Work closely with your team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
• Support the implementation of new menus, seasonal dishes, and promotions
• Lead by example, motivating and developing junior members of the team

What we're looking for

We're seeking a Sous Chef who brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love of hospitality.

You'll have:

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A passion for fresh food and delivering excellent guest experiences
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support others
• Great communication skills and a commitment to food safety and allergen compliance
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely
