About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Wrike is looking for an ambitious, strategic Sr. Partner Manager - SEA to lead and scale our channel ecosystem across Southeast Asia. Sitting within the Global Channels & Alliances organization, this is a hands-on, 0-1 builder role designed to expand our partner footprint and accelerate regional ARR growth. You will own the end-to-end partner strategy across the region; identifying, onboarding, and co-selling with top-tier Referral partners, Systems Integrators (SIs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Hyperscalers. You will act as the principal architect of our SEA ecosystem, leveraging AI-driven workflows and modern Go-To-Market strategies to multiply Wrike’s market presence.
Your Impact:
- Architect SEA Channel Strategy: Design and execute a 0-1 partner expansion framework that drives regional ARR across targeted SEA markets.
- Build Ecosystem Alliances: Establish, nurture, and scale high-value relationships with Referral partners, SIs, VARs, and Hyperscalers.
- Drive Co-Selling & Revenue: Collaborate closely with Wrike Sales teams and channel partners to joint-sell, land new accounts, and expand existing enterprise footprints.
- Leverage AI for Growth: Integrate advanced AI tools and automated workflows into channel management, partner enablement, and pipeline forecasting to maximize operational efficiency and scale.
- Enable Partner Capability: Deliver impactful training, sales enablement, and go-to-market resources to partner organizations to build Wrike expertise and quota capacity.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in channel management, partner ecosystems, or alliance business development in Southeast Asia.
- Channel Expertise: Proven track record of managing multi-channel programs including Referral partners, Systems Integrators (SIs), VARs, and Hyperscalers.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets and quota achievements in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Builder Mindset: Strong passion and experience in 0-1 execution, building channel operations and regional ecosystems from the ground up.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in leveraging modern AI tools and automated workflows to optimize partner operations, pipeline management, and outreach strategies.
Standout Qualities:
- Direct experience within the Collaborative Work Management (CWM) or Work Management software sector.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin or other regional Southeast Asian languages to effectively build relationships and conduct business with regional partners.
- Existing network of regional C-level partner relationships and enterprise alliance contacts across Southeast Asia.
Team Dynamics:
You will report directly to the Global Director of Partner Ecosystem within the Global Channels & Alliances team. You will work closely with Field Sales, Solution Engineers, Partner Marketing, and Regional Marketing to build cross-functional alignment and drive partner-led revenue.
