We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly motivated "Store Supervisor" to join our team and support the daily operations of our store at Aliée Istanbul.
Job Description
- Manage the daily opening and closing of the store.
- Welcome and assist guests, providing a personalized and high-quality shopping experience.
- Handle sales transactions, payments, and daily cash procedures accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed and replenished.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.
- Monitor inventory movements and support regular stock counts.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports as required.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the relevant hotel departments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
- Take full ownership of the store's day-to-day operations and ensure a consistently high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, luxury hospitality, boutique, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of store operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for luxury service.
