Get to Know the Team

The Jabo GrabFood team is dedicated to overseeing growth for the GrabFood business. We help realize Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's superapp by delivering essential everyday services that resonate with consumers in Indonesia. Our focus is on developing business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community. In this team, you will take ownership of growing the Food delivery business through demand or supply levers. The role will be reporting to S&P Food and Mart manager and be based onsite in the Grab Jakarta office.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Strategy & Planning GrabFood, Associate. You will play a key role in scaling and expanding Grab Food business in Jabodetabek. Your main responsibilities could span across strategizing demand generation initiatives, identifying cost savings levers, enhancing user funnel to increase the platform user base, or monitoring competitor movement. You will be part of a lean and agile team, working with several departments to drive P&L growth and meet key performance metrics.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead and implement the key strategic initiatives for Jabo Grab Food business to achieve strategic & financial goals
• Monitor and evaluate performance, user behavior, and the competitive landscape to produce relevant insights that inform business decisions and strategies
• Report key findings & insights and provide recommendations on the next steps
• Collaborate with teams from Sales, Marketing, Region Ops, and other departments to collaborate on planning, execution, and iteration to achieve our shared goals

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree, complemented by an academic track record
• 2+ years of working experience in related fields (strategy, consulting, retail, e-commerce)
• Experience with SQL would be an advantage
• The ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions, backed by data insights
• Experience with adapting to different types of pace and changes
