Job Description
Deine Aufgaben
- Steuerung der Mitarbeitereinsätze und Personalplanung
- Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeitender
- Überwachung der Stammdatenpflege, Arbeitssicherheit und Ordnung sowie Vertretung der Gruppenleitungen
- Optimierung logistischer Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistikleitung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Versandzielen
- Überwachung operativer Abläufe und Beseitigung von Engpässen
- Mitarbeit im operativen Versandgeschäft
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Lagerlogistiker oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Softwaresystemen
- Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikationskompetenz
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
