Job Description
- Facilitates assigned refresher sessions, breakout groups, and knowledge-reinforcement topics when the primary trainer is unavailable or has limited bandwidth.
- Assists with onboarding new hires, supporting nesting programs, and guiding agents through structured learning activities up to certification or recertification.
- Maintains immediate readiness to provide temporary training coverage as scheduled.
- Maintains high standards in your own agent performance (showrate, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer-experience expectations).
- Handles full phone time and production activities when there are no scheduled training, refresher, or learning-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated, solid understanding of account processes, policies, and tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; clear, confident, and professional.
- Ability to simplify complex information, explain concepts clearly, and guide learners.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and accountability in all assigned responsibilities.
- Results-oriented with a strong orientation toward future growth (Advanced).
- Strong natural leadership qualities and the ability to apply leadership instruments (Proficient).
- Excellent cooperation, collaboration, and communication skills (Advanced).
- Expert-level breadth and depth of knowledge regarding account systems and procedures.
