Greencross Caulfield South is seeking an experienced veterinarian to join our close-knit and supportive team. Located in Melbourne's south-east, the clinic has built a loyal client base and a strong reputation for high-quality patient care.

Our team of 6 veterinarians and 7 nurses combines experience, collaboration, and genuine support for one another. With a mix of senior clinicians and a new graduate, there's a strong culture of knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and continuous development.

As a Stress Free Pets Accredited Clinic, creating positive experiences for patients is a key focus. The clinic features three consulting rooms and is supported by an onsite groomer from Tuesday to Friday, helping us provide a seamless and holistic approach to pet care.

This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing quality medicine, managing a varied caseload, and building long-term relationships with clients, all within a team that values both professional growth and work-life balance.

Job Description

We're seeking a veterinarian with 4+ years of clinical experience who is confident, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You will enjoy a varied caseload and be supported by an experienced veterinary and nursing team while maintaining the autonomy to manage your own cases.

The ideal candidate will be confident in:

• Managing routine and complex medical consultations
• Developing diagnostic and treatment plans using evidence-based medicine
• Performing routine soft tissue surgery, including desexing procedures
• Performing dental procedures and dental treatment planning
• Communicating effectively and compassionately with clients
• Working collaboratively within a team-focused environment
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues where appropriate

Qualifications
