Job Description

·Welcome and greet guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout the dining experience.

·Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure all orders are communicated clearly and promptly to the kitchen and bar teams.

·Take accurate Order, and serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards, while ensuring proper presentation and timing.

·Monitor guest needs throughout the meal and proactively attend to requests, ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience.

·Liaise closely with F&B service and kitchen teams to ensure timely operations

·Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism

·Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and entrance area

·Support overall F&B operations to elevate the guest dining experience

Qualifications

·Proven experience as a Waiter/ Waitress or in a guest-facing role within a five-star hotel or luxury resort

·Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are an advantage)

·Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

·Professional appearance, positive attitude, and guest-oriented mindset

·Ability to manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

·Strong understanding of F&B service standards and dining etiquettes

·Capacity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
