Job Title: Weekend Carer (On-Call)
Location: Covering postcodes: L11, L12, L13, L14, L24, L25, L26, L27, L28, L32, L33, L34, L35, L36Salary: £125 per day (£250 for the weekend)Hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Rotational basis: One weekend on, one weekend off)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Carer to provide essential support to our clients across designated postcodes. This role operates on a rotational basis, working alternate weekends. You will be the on-call carer responsible for covering absences and holiday leave during weekends.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Step in to cover absences and holiday leave as required.
• Follow care plans and ensure the dignity and well-being of clients at all times.
• Travel between client homes within the designated postcode areas.
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the care coordinator.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential.
• A compassionate and patient nature with a strong commitment to client care.
• Flexibility to respond to last-minute cover needs.
• Reliable transport and a valid driving license (preferred due to travel requirements).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) - which we will source.
