Job Description
- Serve as the key contact for workshops in the assigned territory in Indonesia.
- Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
- Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
- Drive Bosch parts pull (sell-out) and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions within the territory.
- Acquire workshops for the Bosch loyalty program.
- Promote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).
- Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.
- Promote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.
- Generate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.
- Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on the delivery of basic value proposition services.
Qualifications
- Proven field-sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
- Good understanding of automotive parts, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.
- Experience working with independent workshops, workshop chains, distributors, or workshop networks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working knowledge of English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
