・日本の顧客（日本の完成車メーカー）プロジェクトにおける実車適合開発

・課員の人数：十数名
・年齢層：30代～40代が中心に活躍

[働き方]
・出張頻度：月1～2週間程度（プロジェクト状況による）
・リモートワーク頻度：週2日程度（プロジェクト状況による）
資格
[求めるスキル・経験]
・必須要件：
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力
・普通自動車MT免許（入社までに取得必須）
・車の運転に慣れている方
・自動車工学の基礎知識
・物理力学の基礎知識
・歓迎要件：
・基礎的なソフトウェアスキル（C、C++、Matlabのいずれか読めること）
・カートや自動車レース経験者
[語学力]
・英語：
・TOEIC 600点程度
・ほぼ毎日使用（メール、会議など）
