1. 制定总体测试策略
2. 主导测试分析和设计
3. 定义测试平台，目标和
4. 跨部门协同于风险把控，与系统，算法，工具， 质量等部分紧密合作，有效识别和规避交付测试问题
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、自动化、车辆工程或相关专业
- 精通自动驾驶测试方法论，熟悉SIL/HIL等测试手段
- 对传感器和自动驾驶系统架构有比较好的了解，有量产经验
- 具备扎实的代码或者仿真能力，能带领团队进行自动化测试的落地实现
- 优秀的逻辑分析能里和抗压能力， 对自动驾驶技术有热情
- 有参与过0到1测试系统构建的人员优先
- 做过出海项目的量产交付的优先
