【岗位职责】
- 参与项目和业务单元的成本控制、部门预算管理(季度滚动预测)，及业务计划相关工作，识别问题并推动解决; 深度绑定核心业务，拥有经营绝对话语权。
- 协助地区业务领导者开展研发成本优化，识别降本机会并跟踪改善措施落地；100%聚焦经营业务分析，深度跟进业务模式迭代转型，量化测算业务模式切换带来的利润冲击，风险敞口，盈利修复空间。 为产品策略调整和客户结构优化产品定价机制提供财务决策依据。
- 相关数字化工具的设计与优化，提升管理效率和数据透明度。
Qualifications
【任职要求】
- 财务、会计、经济、商务或相关专业本科及以上学历，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑；
- 0–3年相关工作经验，有企业财务、Controlling、FP&A、成本控制或业务分析经验者优先；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析和问题解决能力，能够快速理解业务问题并形成清晰的分析思路；
- 对业务有一定敏感度，能够理解财务数据背后的业务逻辑，并具备 Business Partner 意识；
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够将复杂的财务信息转化为清晰、易理解的业务建议；
- 具备较强的协作意识，能够与不同职能及层级的 Stakeholder 有效合作；
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够进行日常工作沟通；
- 熟练使用 MS Office，有 Power BI、SAP 或其他数字化工具使用经验者优先。
