Job Description

YOUR MISSION

Lead the Environment team, keeping production on track and assets aligned with quality and technical standards. Collaborate closely with the 3D Lead and international game teams to deliver high-quality assets.

Your quest begins

Daily power-ups

• Manage daily tasks, priorities, and workloads to ensure all environment milestones are met on time.
• Review assets against art and technical standards; identify and fix production issues and provide actionable feedback
• Act as the primary liaison between Environment artists, the 3D Lead, and cross-functional teams regarding risks and progress.
• Support team excellence through onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development

Your allies

• 3D Lead as direct manager
• Environment Artists as your team squad, there are 3-4 team member
• Art Director as the Captain of the Art ship
• Producers and other Project Leads
• Bucharest Gameloft Studio & freelancer

Leveling Up

6 Months : Level Up Yourself

• Master the Environment pipeline and team workflow.
• Keep tasks, quality, and milestones on track.
• Identify blockers early and build effective team collaboration

12 Months : Level Up the Team

• Improve delivery predictability and reduce rework.
• Help artists improve their skills and self-management.
• Improve Environment workflows and support the 3D Lead.

Next mission briefing

• 1st Contact : Preliminary call with TA team
• Test: Technical test, it will take 8 day
• First interview:  Art Director and 3D lead

Your next level : As Supervisor, your next level is 3D Lead. Prepare yourself for the next mission: Art Director.
