Job Description
- Responsible for the supervision and management of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of excellence at all times, whilst maintaining professional and well-organized service.
- Prepare periodical department budget & forecast, manage all operational costs within budgets.
- Prepare and analyse monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviation from business plan goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in the similar position
- Good communication(both writing and speaking) and having good leadership skills to manage a multi-skilled team.
- Fluent in English (and national language) others language is a point plus
