About the Role
As Care Manager, you will lead the development and growth of our new Glastonbury service, ensuring outstanding care delivery, excellent compliance and positive outcomes for clients, families and Care Professionals.
Working closely with the Franchise Owner, fellow Care Managers and Compliance Team, you will benefit from the support of an experienced leadership network whilst having the autonomy to help shape and develop the service.
You will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

This role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager, Care Manager, Registered Manager or Operations Manager who is looking for an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a new service.
We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient and values-led, with a genuine passion for improving care and achieving exceptional outcomes.
You'll be a natural relationship builder who enjoys developing people, leading by example and working collaboratively with like-minded colleagues. Most importantly, you'll place person-centred care at the heart of every decision and be committed to delivering the highest standards of support to both clients and Care Professionals.
