Job Description

• Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve meals and drinks promptly.
• Share your knowledge of our menu and recommend dishes, wines and beverages.
• Assist guests with dietary requirements and communicate requests clearly to the kitchen team.
• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffee, wine, beer and basic cocktails.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Set up, clear and reset tables, keeping dining and service areas clean and organised.
• Process payments accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Great communication skills, presentation and confidence to engage with guests
• A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
• A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
• A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
