Job Description
• Supervises and provides consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
• Prepare succession plan for the potentials for middle and senior management level with the department/division heads and General Manager.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources Management experience.
• A strong understanding of labor and employment law.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
