WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, with a special focus on Software Engineering and/or Product roles. You are a talent advisor, bringing insights and guidance to business leaders and hiring managers, enabling us to attract and hire the right people with the needed competences and skills for our business.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles across different business areas, prioritizing a high volume of requisitions with varying levels of seniority.
• Source, attract, and engage with active and passive talent through a variety of methods to build a consistent pipeline.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and ensure alignment on the specifications of each role needed while executing solid sourcing and recruiting plans with focus on monthly KPI’s
• Ensure quick turnaround time w.r.t pipeline and offer, for cases where we anticipate decline or cases where candidates decline our offer while serving notice.
• Set and monitor standardized competence assessment methods for candidates.
• Influence and guide key stakeholders in nuanced and challenging conversations and situations with candidates, utilizing expertise in the recruitment landscape and candidate pool aligned to India market.
• Manage offers preparation and negotiation with candidates.
• Stay constantly connected with offered candidates and provide exemplary experience during their transition to ensure day zero dropout’s.
• Partner closely with HRBPs to identify and anticipate TA challenges and business needs.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, working closely with the India and Global TA teams to drive impactful talent strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and People Experience Partners to align talent acquisition initiatives with business needs and people priorities. Working in a collaborative and agile environment, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to attract, engage, and onboard diverse talent while continuously improving recruitment processes and fostering a great employee experience.

What is your background?

• 7-9 years' experience in full-cycle tech recruitment, either in-house or agency, for Software Engineering and/or Product roles.
• Experience hiring in high-volume pipeline model.
• Experience in fast paced, tech environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Key competencies:

• Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean, x-rays, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Talent profiling and assessments
• Excellent communication skills (including solid copywriting)
• Senior stakeholder management and advisory
• Negotiation skills.
• Data savviness (Eg: operational planning, create & interpret performance reports, etc.)
• Basic workforce planning & talent forecasting skills.

Additional information: 

This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Bangalore.
